Return Policy
Items shipped from BlackEmall.com, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. We need the correct item returned in order to grant a refund.
It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received, it takes 3 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Seller Return Policy
When you order from a seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), your return is sent back to the seller instead of BlackEmall.com. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to BlackEmall.com's, some seller returns policies may vary. You can view the return policy of the seller before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the seller profile page.
Sellers must either provide a return address, provide a prepaid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned.
General Policy on Returns and Exchanges
1. Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2. Fill in the return request form attached to the order.
3. Attach a copy of the sales receipt and specify the method of refund.
4. Send the parcel to the seller’s address.
Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange
Customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
To return the items, Customers must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.
Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects:
Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the moment of the receiving the Items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.
Customers have the right to refuse to take Items and ask for a money refund. In this case the Items must be returned to the Seller, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved. To return the Items, you must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.
